A.        SDC, Islamabad does not affiliate or register Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants. It selects the Institutes / Professional Organization and Consultants as Partners and allows them to conduct the courses.

 

Q.        Can the partner Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants conduct any course on behalf of SDC?

A.        The Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants can conduct only those approved courses for which they have been allowed by SDC.

 

Q.        How can partner Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants apply for partnership with SDC?

A.        The interested Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants for partnership may see the SOPs for Institutes / Professional Organizations and Consultants may be seen on this link. At the bottom of SOPs, Apply online Link is available. The interested persons may click this link to open the online registration form which may be filled and forwarded to SDC. After proper evaluation, the Institutes / Professional Organization and Consultants are registered.

 

Q.         What is the status of certificates issued by SDC?

A.        The SDC is itself a Certificate Issuing Authority. Its Certificates are Competency Based Terminal Certificates and does not claim equivalency with those issued by any other Board or Agency in Pakistan.

 

Q.        How can any person get admission in the courses of SDC?

A.        SDC conducts two types of courses i.e. In-house and Institutional. For Institutional training, the interested persons may contact the relative Institute and get admission. For in-house training, the interested persons may  deposit the  required  fee  in  Meezan  Bank  Account # 0306 435 00000 018 and apply on line.

 

Q.        Can a person get a certificate from SDC on the basis of experience and without under going training?

A.        No. The SDC issues certificates to only those participants who attend the courses regularly and complete them successfully.

A.        SDC is very flexible in conducting the courses. It conducts the courses according to the market needs and requirements. Not only the courses mentioned in our website but also any tailor made course according to clients needs is also conducted by SDC.
