Technical writing is a form of technical communication explaining the ideas in an organized and sophisticated way to technical and non-technical audiences/readers.  The audiences vary from domain to domain.  In a research community, the targeted audience can be researchers, reviewers, faculty members etc.  While in an office environment, these are the managers and directors who are the target readers. Nevertheless, the skills to write a professional script are always demanding everywhere.
