      PMP Certification is the internationally recognized Certification in the field of Project Management by Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. PMI Offers numerous Certification like CAPM, PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP & PgMP etc. in the field of Project Management.

      PMP Preparation for this course will be based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 4th Edition approved by PMI. This Course will include the thorough review of PMBOK 4th Edition, Project Management related books, Quizzes & with industry based Projects examples.

      35 Contact hours certificates will be awarded to all the participants to fulfill the Pre-requisites for the PMP examination.

Outline:

      Project Management Professional Certification exam preparation has been divided across Project Lifecycle i.e, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing & its constituent nine Knowledge Areas.

      Introduction to the Project Management: Project Management basic principles & the reasons why PM practices are mandatory to complete the projects within quadruple constraints.

      Integration Management: Project Integration Management provides excellent summary to Project Management in general & concludes the rest of the Knowledge Areas depicting the integration of rest eight knowledge areas & depicting one complete Project.

      Scope Management: The basic principle of Scope Management is to make sure that the project includes only the work required to complete the project deliverables successfully. Scope Management ensures the deliverables defined in the project Management Plan has been executed using different Processes defined in PMBOK.

      Time Management:  Time management typically refers to the skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals within available time.

      Cost Management: Project  Management of cost related activities achieved by collecting, analyzing, evaluating the present & future cost analysis using Earned Value Analysis, Forecasting Techniques to monitor the Project cost & make the project cost within available Project budget.

      Quality Management: In the world of interactive project management the promise of quality has become mandatory and to attain the committed benefits of the Project deliverables high quality principles needs to be implemented.

      Human Resource Management: The most important & core of project success is the human resource management. The way the process directing, coaching, leading, mentoring are handled will key factors in the Project success.
