        Answers:

1. "Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution".

2. Those who have the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution Registration card number.

3. On the Proper application Form of SDC.

4. last date for submission of applications  is 30th November, 2006.

5. After 11th December,2006 Schedule of Training will be provided on SDC Web Site.

6. Following Documents are required:

• Attested Photocopies of Testimonials.

• Photocopy of EOBI Registration Card.

• 3 Passport size photo's (Name & Father Name should be on back side)

• NIC  Photocopy.

7. Open the Download Form Tab , Right Click on the PDF or DOC file icon , in the properties popup click on "Save Target As" and save the Form on your disk.

8. In the Brochures of SDC, which is available in the SDC Office.

9. Shall be announce after 11th December, 2006.

10. Through Website of SDC.

11. No. you may attend only one program at a time.

12. Three months.

13. Matriculation.

*      The training shall be conducted only in those disciplines in which the number of applicants are more

        than 10. The eligible candidates shall be informed shortly.

*      The Non - eligible applicants (Non registered with EOBI) shall be informed through post. They are

        supposed to pay training charges as under:
