Criteria for Affiliation of an Institution:

All Training courses of Skill Development Council Islamabad are Competency Based Terminal Examination. Courses are Developed keeping in view the Local and Foreign Market needs. Training Evaluation requirements of the Workshops Laboratories are varied according to the nature of the Course /Courses. Institute evaluating committee, which is constituted on three members, evaluates training infrastructure of the Institute on the bases of laid down procedure and guidelines. Skill Development Council shall take the Institute on its panel for launching SDC Course /Courses after having the final recommendations of Institute Evaluation Committee, if there is a need for launching a training course/ courses.

There is no such binding on the SDC Islamabad to accept the request of the Institute for Affiliation as the Training courses of SDC are need oriented, Cost effective and flexible. SDC DOES NOT LAUNCH ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES.
