 Security Issues in Supply Chain Management

The threats surrounding supply chain are growing and they are becoming more complex. This is clearly evident by the difficulties NATO and US troops are experiencing. Understanding supply chain security risks the first step in turning them into opportunities. With the holistic approach to security and business continuity management, one can maximum, one can maximize organization’s operational resilience and reduce the impact on bottom line. Workshop will focus primarily on:-

  • Building and re-invigorating the capacities of business organizations.

  • In maintaining and securing their supply chain.

  • Enhancing the general awareness of indirect stakeholders for creation of a security prone culture.

Scope of Workshop:
