Introduction
Skill Development Council (SDC), Islamabad
is offering a 2 days’ workshop on
Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain
Management. The training is focused on the
knowledge, techniques and the tools required
for effective management of supply chain
processes in humanitarian and relief
setting. The training will be imparted by
professionals having foreign and in country
experiences in development organizations
like United Nations and etc.
The prospect
of this two days workshop is learning the
management skills for effective humanitarian
logistics and supply chain. It is open
for professionals, working or desire to
work in organizations in development,
emergency or relief environment. Training
will be conducted by professionals
with local and overseas experience in
humanitarian supply chain.

their inter-relationships with strategy and
other functions .

solutions for a variety of humanitarian

e-collaboration, quick response, jointly
managed inventories and strategic alliances.
